In the event of cancellation or postponement of the Festival, You shall be entitled to compensation in respect of the purchased Festival Products and/or Services in accordance with applicable law, but shall not be entitled to compensation for any other damages (direct or indirect).
In the event the purchase of the Festival Products and/or Services constitutes part of a larger collaboration agreement with regard to the Festival, the terms and conditions with regard to cancellation and/or postponement of the Festival under that agreement shall prevail over the cancellation and postponement provisions in these Conditions.
- Festival Products and/or Services purchased from the Festival Organizer

- Festival Products and Services can be purchased directly from the ticketing agency, via a boogoo Account and via the See Tickets platform. A purchase can only be processed after the purchase price has been paid in full:
- Admission ticket for the boogoo music Festival
- Vouchers issued by the Festival Organizer (e.g. restaurant, locker, parking or other vouchers offered).
- Your purchase with the Festival Organizer can only be processed when You pay the price for the Festival admission tickets or boogoo Packages included in Your order. After Your online purchase and payment are complete, You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- If You have purchased a festival admission ticket or any boogoo Package, entrance to the Festival is provided via the boogoo Bracelet. The festival admission ticket is valid only for the day(s), time and place for which they are purchased and are not subject to exchange or return. Festival admission tickets do not grant access to boogoo. boogoo Packages are valid for the three (3) days of the Festival. If You have purchased a boogoo Package, Your boogoo Bracelet will include access to boogoo festival ground.
- ATTENTION: The purchase confirmation e-mail nor the voucher issued grant access to the Festival and/or, as applicable, boogoo. Access to the Festival and, as applicable, boogoo requires a boogoo Bracelet, in the absence of which the Festival Organiser has the right to deny access.
- The maximum number of admission tickets to the Festival that can be purchased in total during the boogoo Pre-Sale is 5 Full Passes, 6 Day Tickets or boogoo Packages for a maximum of 5 persons in total (excluding Friendship Packages). During the WorldWide Pre-Sale and WorldWide Ticket Sale, the maximum number of Festival admission tickets that can be purchased in total is 4 Full Passes, 4 day tickets or boogoo Packages for up to 4 people in total (excluding Friendship Packages). The above limits apply for the entire boogooo 2025 sales period (i.e. in thailand, worldwide and the Waiting List) and cannot be cumulated at different sales times.
- The Festival Organizer reserves the right to organize ticket sales other than those mentioned above (e.g. Friendship Package sales). If applicable, the specific conditions for that particular sale will be published on www.boogoomusicfest.com so that the Main Buyer can make an informed purchase.
- You can only participate in the boogoo Pre-Sale if You are a foreign resident and local resident at the time of the boogoo Pre-Sale and if You choose a thailand shipping address for the delivery of the boogoo Case (cumulative conditions).
- You are only allowed to participate in the sales with one account. If You purchase tickets with different accounts, the Festival Organizer reserves the right to cancel all orders placed by You, from Your different accounts.
Personalisation
- Each admission ticket to the Festival is provided to You via an e-ticket and must be personalised by entering the name, email address and nationality of the Festival Visitor. The Festival Visitor may be Yourself or other people for whom You purchase tickets. Business Packages do not require personalisation.
- Unless otherwise stated by the Festival Organizer, this personalisation of the Festival entry ticket must take place within the period specified in the ticket confirmation email sent to You. After this period, the personalisation is definitive and the personal data provided may no longer be changed. The Festival Organizer reserves the right to cancel the sale of tickets for the Festival for which personalisation has not taken place within the relevant period.
- If You purchase an entry ticket to the Festival not only for Yourself but also for others (Your “Guests”), it shall be Your sole responsibility to obtain – to the extent required by law – the consent of such persons to transmit their personal data to the Festival Organiser in the context of the personalisation of such ticket, as stated herein. The provisions of Article 2.3 shall apply accordingly.
Exchange Desk
- The Exchange Desk can only be accessed for purchases made through the Festival Organizer (via the See Tickets platform).
- Admission tickets for the Festival and all boogoo Packages can only be exchanged through the official Exchange Desk of the Festival Organizer. The Festival Organiser will offer tickets and packages registered at the Exchange Desk for sale to those registered on the Waiting List. The Exchange Desk does not guarantee that Your ticket and/or package will be sold. You will not be able to exchange Your tickets and/or packages for other tickets and/or packages, nor can You choose to whom You sell Your tickets and/or packages. Festival admission tickets and all boogoo Packages that were exchanged and resold through the Exchange Desk will be refunded to the Main Buyer after deduction of a Ticket Refund Fee.
- If a Festival entry ticket or DreamVille Package has been resold, this ticket will no longer give the original owner of the ticket access to the Festival.
- IF Your entire order has been resold via the Exchange Desk, the refund will be executed within a few weeks after the relevant Festival Products and/or Services have been resold. If only part of Your Festival Products and/or Services have been offered and resold via the Exchange Desk, the partial refund will not be executed until several weeks after the Festival.
boogoo Bracelet
- For each Festival entry ticket purchased and personalised, the Festival Organizer will provide You with a boogoo Bracelet, which must be registered before entry to the Festival can be granted to the Festival Visitor. A boogoo Bracelet is personal and can only allow one (1) person access to the Festival.
- The Festival Organizer will send all boogoo Bracelets in advance, starting from the end of august 2025. With the exception of sales occasions where it is explicitly stated that no boogoo Cases will be sent/provided, the boogoo Bracelets will be sent in a boogoo Case and (by default) to the delivery address specified in Your boogoo Account, unless You specify a different delivery address during the purchase process (only possible for boogoo Package purchases). You can only enter one (1) delivery address for Your purchase.
- It is not possible to change the delivery addresses for Your boogoo Bracelets after You have completed Your purchase, unless You have changed residence within such period. In this case, You must provide the Festival Organizer with an official document from the local authorities showing that You have changed residence. Deadline for submission of another delivery address due to change of residence is 30sept 2025. The Festival Organiser cannot guarantee the change of delivery address for applications received after that date.
- If You make Your purchase through ticketmelon, boogoomusicfest.com or a Travel Partner, delivery address options or other changes to Your order will be governed solely by the applicable terms and conditions of those parties.
- The Festival Organizer reserves the right not to deliver a boogoo Case if the boogoo Bracelet is (exceptionally) delivered via Pick Up.
- For Festival tickets purchased as part of a PICK-UP sale, boogoo Bracelets will not be sent, but must always be picked up at the PICK-UP box office at the Festival. boogoo e Cases are not included with Festival tickets as part of PickUp sales.
- All Festival admission (e-)tickets (including those regarding all boogoo Packages) have a unique code and only the first scan of such code can allow for access to the Festival, resp. boogoo. Any individuals, even the Main Buyer, who request access to the Festival, resp. boogoo with a unique code that was scanned before will be refused.
