CANCELLATION & REFUND

Ticket Cancellation:

All ticket purchases for BOOGOO Music Festival are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Requests for ticket cancellation must be submitted in writing to the festival organizers at least [X days/weeks/months] prior to the event date.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
The event is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

The attendee is unable to attend the event due to documented medical reasons or other extenuating circumstances approved by the organizers.

Refund Process:

All refund requests will be reviewed and processed at the discretion of the festival organizers. Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original method of payment within [X business days] after approval.
Any processing fees or service charges incurred during the ticket purchase process are non-refundable.

Event Rescheduling:

In the event that BOOGOO Music Festival is rescheduled to a later date, all purchased tickets will be honored for the new date.
Attendees unable to attend the rescheduled event may be eligible for a refund as per the refund eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

No-Show Policy:
Attendees who fail to attend the festival without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Force Majeure:

BOOGOO Music Festival organizers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, or natural disasters.
